Turn your oven on to the lowest setting. My oven won’t go lower than 170 degrees F so that’s what I use. Dry the herbs in your oven for about an hour, making sure to leave the door ajar. Closing the door will actually bake the herbs, which is not what you want. The herbs will look shriveled and they will darken in color.
